Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
